Cold Hawaii Games brought action sports, international competitions and community activities together in one event across Thy.

I was the initiator of the project and had the opportunity to develop and deliver it as Project Manager for association 'Friends of Cold Hawaii'. In just a few months, we went from idea to reality – establishing the project, securing the full financing, building partnerships and bringing together clubs, organisations, sponsors, volunteers and the team needed to make it happen.

The first edition became a success, and one of the things I’m most proud of is what happened afterwards. Although Friends of Cold Hawaii and I later went in different directions, Cold Hawaii Games continued, became an annual event and grew into an important part of the local development in Thy.
