Working on De Bedste Familier brought me into a large professional TV production shooting on location in Thy.

My role combined location and production support with hands-on coordination before and during the shoot – including local logistics, vehicles, runners, extras, access and road closures, and solving the many practical challenges that come with moving a production into real locations.

It was also a chance to put one of my biggest strengths to work: knowing Thy, knowing people – and knowing who to call when something needs to happen.

"Alicja played a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing our highly challenging shoots across various locations in the Agger area; it was a massive undertaking involving countless details to manage and numerous agreements to secure.
Alicja is a highly positive, energetic, hardworking, and incredibly helpful team member whose contribution was vital to the successful completion of our shoots.
It has been a great pleasure getting to know Alicja—first and foremost because she is a friendly, warm, and positive person who is a joy to work with.
Beyond that, however, Alicja has gone far above and beyond our expectations.
She is proactive and independent, keeping the entire production in mind rather than focusing solely on her own specific tasks.
(...) Alicja has an extensive network and never hesitates to leverage her connections to solve various challenges; she possesses broad, detailed experience and excels at coordination.
